KinderVillage Academy is a Montessori- and STEAM-inspired preschool in Oranjestad, Aruba, dedicated to fostering strong families and lifelong learning. Serving children ages 2 to 6, we offer hands-on educational programs that nurture curiosity, creativity, and independence—along with family workshops focused on parenting, wellness, and community engagement.

We offer three Montessori-inspired programs for children aged 2 to 6 years: a morning program (7:30 AM – 12:30PM), a full-day program (7:30AM – 5:00PM) and an afternoon program (1:00PM – 5:00PM).
Our preschool operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.

Curriculum

KinderVillage Garden & Music Room
Self-sustainability is at the heart of our philosophy. Through our KinderVillage Garden, children learn the value of nurturing and caring for the environment. Together, we plant, grow, and harvest fruits and vegetables — caring for our very own 20-year-old mango tree, a living symbol of growth, connection, and respect for nature.
In addition, our KinderVillage Music Room provides a joyful space where children can express themselves creatively, explore rhythm and sound, and develop confidence through music and movement. Music plays an essential role in supporting emotional development, language growth, and self-expression — all while bringing harmony to our learning environment.
By blending the Montessori method’s child-centered philosophy with STEAM innovation, creative arts, and sustainable living, we offer an enriching and inclusive education that nurtures every aspect of a child’s development — social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and cultural — while inspiring a deep respect for the earth and the community we share.

Programs
Ages 2-3
Toddlers & Preschoolers are always moving and exploring! Engaging children in purposeful movement and exploratory activities is the perfect preparation for the all-important skills that are executive functions. Enjoy a lovely half day or full day to yourself while we provide your child with quality and educational activities and learning explorations guided by qualified early childhood educators.
Ages 3-5
Our innovative and comprehensive approach to early childhood education combines the best of Montessori materials, loose parts of Reggio, provocations Sensory play and nature-based materials for sensory play Art materials for visual arts. Artistic expression is encouraged through art and music sessions, while ample outdoor playtime promotes physical health and social interaction. Families can choose from full or halfday sessions to best fit their schedules.
Ages 5 & 6
In this age group we prepare your child for the first grade. Our innovative and comprehensive KinderVillage program ensures the important early learning skill sets and developmental milestones attained during the preschool years continue to be reinforced, practiced, enriched and extended daily. Guided by a qualified elementary educator, our enriched kindergarten curriculum will provide an emphasis on reading, writing, spelling, mathematics, history, culture and social studies in an integrated arts approach, STEAM projects, sports and outdoor stewardship such as gardening. This program is being offered half day or full day.
Family Workshops
At KinderVillage Academy, we believe that a strong family is the foundation of a child’s lifelong success. Our vision is to empower and support families through engaging, fun, and practical workshops that help you thrive together.
Through sessions focused on parenting, family vision, nutrition, movement, and rest, we guide families toward finding a healthy balance in everyday life.
